A PRICE SCHEDULE TAILORED TO FIT YOUR BUDGET |
| A. HOME COMPONENT: ClassicalFree Virtual Academy |
| Cost of the home/internet component will vary depending on parental involvement and grade level. For example, the entire 7th grade is free, but tuition rises moving toward the senior year. The average cost, spread over the entire six year program is only $878 per year, if academy instructors are utilized for every fee-based course. That cost could be reduced by nearly two-thirds if the parent were to teach every class themselves. Of course, the parent may not feel qualified to teach every course, so some combination unique to each home will be determined. Many of the courses are tuition-free, which means that every student is in effect receiving a scholarship. These tuition fees are paid at the time of online registration, either by check or credit card. |
B. CAMPUS COMPONENT: ClassicalFree Home-School Academy |
| 1. Instruction: Parents pay independently contracted instructors per class
for local elective and extra-curricular courses. |
| 2. Administration: An administration fee may be required by the local Home-School administrator
to help cover the cost of salary and other administrative expenses. |
In most cases, total costs would be about one quarter
the cost of the average Christian private school. As noted above, that cost may vary by grade level and
may be reduced substantially depending on program configuration and the extent of parental involvement.
